Project Overview
Covering three core plots—188N-K-2, 188N-M-1, and 188N-O-1—this major urban complex brings together office, commercial, cultural, F&B, and entertainment spaces. It integrates monitoring and control across HVAC, fresh air, sewage, energy, environment, generators, chillers/boilers, elevators, power distribution, and water supply, with more than 60,000 BA monitoring points (including virtual points) deployed for comprehensive system management.

Project Overview
Situated in Fengjing Town, Jinshan District, Shanghai, the 318,000 m² Shanghai LEGOLAND® Resort is one of the world's largest LEGOLAND parks. The project integrates monitoring across key systems—HVAC, fresh air, sewage, lighting, energy, environment, generators, chillers/boilers, elevators, power distribution, and water supply—with over 10,000 BA monitoring points deployed for seamless building automation.

Project Overview
Spanning 300,000 m², Tian'an 1000 Trees Plaza earned both the Jury Award and Popular Choice Award at the 2023 Architizer A+Awards. In Phase I (2019), a Honeywell HUS-based security platform was deployed for centralized management of HD video, access control, and intrusion alarms. Phase II (2025) introduced a BACnet IP-based BAS master system, integrating HVAC, fresh air, sewage, lighting, energy, environment, chillers/boilers, elevators, power distribution, and water systems, with over 12,000 BA monitoring points.

Project Overview
As a strategic move to strengthen its East China operations and advance local lifestyle services and R&D, the Meituan Shanghai Headquarters spans 440,000 m² and includes office, R&D, meeting, and support spaces. The BA system oversees all M&E equipment and third-party integrations across the four buildings, with roughly 11,000 physical points, 60,000 third-party integration points, and over 3,000 VAV controllers.
