Application Areas
Shengwei's Smart Access & Security System (SAS) is widely deployed in high-end hotels, office buildings, urban complexes, government public facilities, industrial projects, and residential communities.
Featured Projects
Representative projects include Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport (Mauritius), Shanghai Hongqiao Yachen Hotel, Qiantang Jingyao Business Plaza, NIO Automotive Plant, and Shanghai Integrated Circuit Design Industrial Park, among others.

Project Overview
With a total terminal area of 57,000 m², the airport is equipped with 8 boarding bridges and 32 check-in counters.
For the security project at SSR International Airport, Shengwei deployed Honeywell's HUS all-digital video management platform, integrated with the advanced Pro-Watch series access control system. This solution not only met the stringent requirements for boarding bridge management and other special operational functions but also achieved seamless integration between access control and video surveillance.
As the first digital security project during the industry's transition from analog to digital systems, the SSR International Airport security solution set a new benchmark for the entire sector.

Project Overview
Developed by Tishman Speyer and Lujiazui Group in the heart of Qiantan International Business District, Shanghai Jingyao Qiantan is a mixed-use complex featuring office, commercial, and residential spaces. Its security system meets international standards, using a "hardware + data platform + AI" framework to shift from reactive to proactive threat prevention. A parent-child cascading architecture with six management servers enables independent building-level control alongside unified oversight from the central command center.

Project Overview
Spanning approximately 840 mu (approx. 560,000 m²) with a built area of 230,000 m², the plant has an annual production capacity of 100,000 vehicles. The facility requires comprehensive intelligent surveillance covering perimeter security, production area compliance management, vehicle management, fire safety, and other critical scenarios.
For this project, Shengwei deployed Huawei's AI security system solution, building an intelligent vision network with over 3,000 cameras. The system supports real-time AI analytics and alerting, enabling round‑the‑clock automated monitoring across multiple functions, including perimeter intrusion detection, vehicle speed monitoring and trajectory tracking, personnel safety compliance checks, and intelligent smoke/fire detection.

Project Overview
Located on Plot 4-2 of Zhangjiang IC Industrial Park in Pudong, Shanghai, the Shanghai Integrated Circuit Design Industrial Park spans 220,068 m², with 141,844 m² of above-ground space across seven R&D office towers. Its security system unifies video surveillance, facial capture and analytics, fire lane monitoring, and advanced access control, with seamless integration to intrusion and fire alarms. The "hardware + data platform + AI deep analytics" framework shifts security management from reactive response to proactive threat detection.
